We provide planning support services to Bupa NZ and other retirement village and care home providers. Our work within this area ranges from evaluating site feasibility through to coordinating design and specialist assessment inputs, liaising with council staff and neighbours, preparation of planning assessments and managing all facets of the resource consent process.
